The Womanist Working Collective archive consists of the documents, photographs, documents, and other related materials produced and collected by WWC from 2015-2020. All items are organized by collections. The collections present in the archive are Administrative (documents related to organizational development, strategic planning, correspondence, etc),  Budget, Membership (membership spreadsheets, applications), Events (workshop materials, slideshows, photographs, and planning material), Reciprocity: A Time Banking Project, and Grant Application documents. Each item is cataloged with metadata subject 'tags' that can help users find other documents and materials related to that subject. Users can also search for items with a simple keyword search or through the advanced search options. Additionally, there is around .25 cubic feet work of physical materials stored in Philadelphia. The physical contents include notepad pages produced in workshops and meetings, a notebook of notes from 2017, and some sample workshop worksheets blank and completed.
