1) Introductions/Meet & Greet (10 mins)

2) Presentation 1: Vision Mapping
a) Activity: Maslow’s H.o.N worksheet (LaTierra)
i) Worksheets are passed out, directions are given about the task and member are given 10 minutes to complete their worksheets. Encourage members to take an additional 5 minutes to share out at their tables about what they wrote if comfortable.

b) Activity: Gifts, Skills & Talents worksheet (Johanna)

c) Activity: Design T-shirt (Johanna)
i) As a large group, what does our membership T-shirt look like? How can we creatively and concisely communicate our messages or mission? A Quote? A Picture? An African Proverb?
(1) Allow members to come up and draw it or we scribe what they say.
(a) Materials: Easel Papers, Markers, tripod
d) Activity: Vision Mapping (LaTierra)
i) Easel paper is placed on each table with the headings (Economic Justice; Gender Justice; Racial Justice; Overall dismantling of systems of oppression ->Anti- Imperialism-->Food Justice, Healthcare Justice, Housing Justice, Criminal Justice System) and everyone will take about 15 minutes to visit each map and comment on what they believe WWC can do to provide solutions or interventions would be for each (projects, campaigns, etc.). Next, we’ll collect them and assemble them, volunteers can help hold up each paper and we’ll share out. How can we Spearhead Transformative Justice.

3) Intermission (15 min)

4) Presentation 2: Reciprocity
a) Activity: Web Activity (LaTierra)
i) Have members choose 1 yellow and 1 blue post it, then using the yarn, they will start to connect to each other in the web:
(1) Ex. Member 1 reads aloud their “NEED” from their yellow post-it, then Member 2 with the matching post-in “OFFER” to meet that need for them and they exchange a string from the ball or yarn. Member 2 then announces aloud their “NEED” from their yellow post-it and Member 3 announces they can “OFFER” to meet that need..This continues until everyone in the web is being connected to someone else and their are no more needs.
(a) Materials: Pre-made Post-its; Ball of yarn
b) Activity: Design Memorabilia (Johanna)
i) As a large group, what does our membership T-shirt look like? How can we creatively and concisely communicate our messages or mission? A Quote? A Picture? An African Proverb?

c) Activity: Closing Affirmations- 10-15 mins (Ahnna) --
i) Members are asked to write down affirming compliments or praises for 3 other people in the room. Afterwards, give each other a hug. Activity concludes...
